Common questions
Is the certificate format free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no email needed.
Does the certificate come filled in?
No. It prints your header and blank lines. The patient's name, the dates, your remarks, and your signature and stamp are written by hand.
What is the difference between the two kinds?
A medical certificate is for leave from work or school because of illness. A certificate of fitness says a person was examined for a stated purpose.
Can I print it on A4 and on A5?
Yes. A4 is the default. Choose A5 if you want a half-page certificate.
