See who is waiting, and call the next patient in one tap
Your assistant checks each patient in at the counter and gives them a token. On your screen you see who is with you, who is waiting and for how long, and you finish one patient and open the next in one tap.

What it solves
Patients crowd the counter and you lose track of who is next.
Each patient checked in gets the next token for their doctor. The waiting line shows them in the order they arrived, with how long each has waited.
Starting a consultation means searching for the patient first.
Tap the next waiting patient and their consultation opens straight away. Finish and next closes this one and opens the next.
You and your assistant keep asking each other who has gone in.
Both screens show the same line and catch up with each other within seconds, without reloading the page.
What it does
- Check-in at the counter, with a token number for each patient, per doctor, each day.
- A new patient registered at the counter goes into the line in the same step.
- Your screen shows who is with you now, then who is waiting, with token and minutes waited.
- One tap starts a consultation; finish and next opens the next patient.
- With nobody waiting, find a patient and see them at once.
- No-show, back to the line and remove, each with its time recorded.
- One line per doctor, for a clinic with more than one.
Common questions
Does my assistant need a separate computer?
No. The counter works on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
What happens when a patient steps out?
Your assistant marks them as a no-show, and puts them back in the line when they return.
Can a walk-in be seen without checking in?
Yes. If nobody is waiting, find the patient yourself and see them straight away.
