What it solves
Last visit's prescription is somewhere in a cupboard.
Every prescription is saved to the patient's file. Open the patient and page through their visits in date order, or jump straight to the first or the latest.
Years of old paper files cannot come with you onto a computer.
Photograph the old files you need and add them to the patient. They sit in the history at their place in time, next to every new visit.
Lab and scan reports arrive on the phone and get lost in the chat.
Add a report from the phone camera or a saved file, with its type and the date of the report. A June MRI added in September still shows in June.
What it does
- Search by name, phone number or patient number.
- A list of recently seen patients, for when a name is spelt differently.
- One history per patient, oldest first: prescriptions, old files and reports together, paged through like a file.
- A date range, to look at just one stretch of the history.
- Reports kept by type (lab, imaging, discharge summary, outside prescription, other), each with its date and a title.
- The patient's reports open from the consultation screen without losing the prescription you are writing.
- Each clinic's records kept to that clinic.
Common questions
Do I have to scan every old file before I start?
No. Start with today's patients and add an old file when that patient comes back.
Is it made for a small clinic?
Yes. One doctor and one assistant is all it needs, and a clinic with more doctors works too.
Can my assistant add reports?
Yes. Your assistant can add a report or an old file; you see it in the patient's history.
Can I see a report while I write the prescription?
Yes. Open the patient's reports from the consultation screen and come back to your prescription as you left it.
