What it solves
Medicines given on credit get forgotten.
The bill for dispensed medicines stays on the patient's visit until it is paid. Part payments on different days add up on their own, so the balance is always right.
Nobody can say, at the end of the month, who owes how much.
One list shows every patient who still owes: how much, how many visits are unpaid, and since when. The largest balance comes first.
You only remember a balance after the patient has left.
Open a patient who owes money and a reminder shows the amount and the unpaid visits. The patient list shows a due badge too.
What it does
- One bill total for the medicines given at each visit.
- Medicines marked as prepared, then handed over or sent by courier, with a note for the courier and tracking number.
- Payments recorded as cash, UPI, card or other, in full or in parts on different days.
- A payment entered by mistake can be cancelled with a reason; it stays visible but no longer counts.
- A dues list of every patient with a balance, largest first.
- A reminder when you open a patient who owes, and a due badge in the patient list and search.
- Today's bills in one list for your assistant at the counter.
Common questions
Do I have to enter every medicine and its price?
No. Enter one total for what you gave at that visit. That is all the dues list needs.
Can my assistant record payments?
Yes. Your assistant can enter the bill and record payments at the counter, and you see the same balance.
What if a patient pays half today and half next week?
Record each payment when it comes in. The balance drops each time, and the patient leaves the dues list when it reaches zero.
