Common questions
Do parents need a separate login for each child?
No. One login carries every child a family has in the school, in whichever class or section, and the app moves between them.
What about a parent with an old phone, or no smartphone at all?
The same notices go out as SMS, so no family is cut off, and the office can print a receipt or a report card for anyone who asks for one.
Can teachers do real work in the app, or only look at it?
Teachers mark attendance, set homework, enter marks and message a parent from it. The app and the office computer write to the same records, so neither is a second copy to reconcile.
Who can message a parent directly?
Only the staff you give that permission to, and every message is kept with the sender’s name and the time — so the school can see what went out in its name.
