Parents and teachers
- Mobile apps — Parent, student, teacher and management apps carrying attendance, fees, results, homework, notices and the bus on the phone.
- Communication — Notices and circulars to a class, a section or the whole school by app, SMS and email, with the calendar, events and photo gallery alongside.
Academics
- Attendance — Student attendance including biometric, staff attendance, and absence alerts that reach parents the same morning.
- Academics — Timetable, homework and the diary, with online classes alongside them.
- Exams and results — Exams, board-pattern report cards, online quizzes and test series, and the analysis that follows a result.
- AI assistant — Plain-language questions about the institution’s own data, answered as tables and short summaries.
Office and finance
- Admissions and records — Enquiry through to admission, student records, and the certificates and ID cards that come out of them.
- Fees and payments — Fee setup, online payment by UPI and card, receipts, and the dues list the office actually follows up.
- Accounts — Income and expenses for one school or a whole group in a single sheet, exportable for the CA.
- Staff and payroll — Staff records, leave, and payroll processed from the same attendance the school already keeps.
Campus
- Transport — Routes and stops, live bus location for parents, arrival alerts, and transport fees on the same bill.
- Campus security — Gate and visitor management, RFID and face-recognition entry, and verification of who collected a child.
- Hostel — Rooms, mess, leave-outs and hostel fees running beside the day school rather than apart from it.
- Library, inventory and store — Library issue and return, stock, and the cafeteria and school shop.
Group and web
- Multi-branch — Many branches under one login, reporting that crosses them, and accounts that roll up to the group.
- School website — The institution’s own public site, fed from the platform — news, gallery and admissions.
