School management · Multi-branch
A trust stops waiting for Monday’s sheet from every branch
Each branch runs its own school day in its own login, while the group sees all of them at once — strength, attendance, collection, dues and staff, branch by branch — on the morning it happens rather than at the end of the month.
Free for 1 year · up to 200 students · then from ₹5/student/month
Who it helps
Trustees and owners
- See every branch on one screen any morning, instead of asking five offices for a workbook.
- Compare branches honestly, because each figure is counted the same way in all of them.
The group office
- Roll up collection, expenses and strength without re-keying anybody’s spreadsheet.
- Open the branch behind a number when that number needs explaining.
Branch principals
- Run your own school without a second reporting format to fill in each week.
- Keep your branch’s own fee structure, calendar, classes and staff.
What it does
- Many branches on one platform, each with its own classes, staff, calendar and fee structure.
- A login that opens the branch a person belongs to, and the group view only for those given it.
- Group reporting across branches — strength, attendance, collection, dues and staff — read from the branches’ own records.
- Group accounts that roll up each branch’s income and expenses without a second entry.
- A student moved between branches keeping the record the group already holds.
- Permissions set at the group and honoured inside every branch, so no branch can quietly widen its own.
- Notices sent to one branch, several, or the whole group.
- A separate public website per branch, each fed by that branch’s own records.
Common questions
Do all the branches have to run the same fees and calendar?
No. Each keeps its own fee structure, classes, sections, calendar and staff. The group view reads those records; it does not force them to match.
Can one branch see another branch’s data?
Only where you give someone that permission. A branch login sees its own school, and the group view is a separate access granted by name.
What happens when a family moves from one branch to another?
The student’s record moves with the transfer — admission details, documents, attendance, results and fee history — instead of being typed again at the new branch.
How can group numbers be compared when the branches work differently?
Strength, attendance and collection are counted from the same underlying records everywhere, so the group view compares like with like even where fee structures and calendars differ.
