Common questions
Where do the answers come from?
From the institution’s own records inside the platform — the same attendance, fee, result and staff data the other modules write. It answers from nowhere else.
Could it show a staff member something they should not see?
No. A question is answered inside the asker’s permissions, so a class teacher asking about fees gets what a class teacher may see and nothing more.
Can I check a number it gives me?
Every answer carries the table it was read from, which can be opened, sorted and exported. Nothing has to be taken on trust.
Does it decide anything by itself?
No. It answers questions about what is recorded. Judgements about a child, a family or a member of staff stay with the people who are accountable for them.
