A parent at the gate can see where the bus actually is
Routes, stops and riders are set once, the vehicle reports its position while the trip runs, and the parent app shows it approaching their stop — so the morning telephone call asking whether the bus has left is one the office stops receiving.

Who it helps
Parents
- See the bus on its way instead of standing at the gate guessing.
- Be told it is running late before you are already waiting for it.
The transport in-charge
- Know which children boarded which bus this morning.
- Change a stop or a route and have every affected family told the same day.
The office
- Answer a transport question without telephoning the driver.
- Bill transport on the same fee bill as everything else the family pays.
Leadership
- See how full each route runs, and what it costs against what it collects.
- Know a vehicle’s papers and service dates are recorded rather than remembered.
What it does
- Routes, stops, timings and vehicle allotment, with each student assigned to a stop.
- Live vehicle location while the trip runs, shown to the parents of that route.
- Arrival and delay alerts to parents by app and SMS.
- Boarding recorded at the stop, so the school knows who is on which bus.
- Driver and attendant details on the screen of the parents whose child rides that bus.
- Transport fees on the same fee structure, the same payment and the same receipt as school fees.
- Vehicle records — documents, insurance, fitness and servicing — with a reminder before each lapses.
- Route occupancy and cost reporting for a school or across a group.
Common questions
What hardware does live tracking need?
A tracking device in the vehicle, or the driver’s phone running the driver app. We look at what your buses already carry during the demo and use it wherever it can be read.
Can a parent see other routes?
A parent sees the bus their own child rides and nothing else. The whole map is for the transport office and the staff you give it to.
What happens when a child is not travelling that day?
A parent or the office marks the child as not travelling, so the boarding list for that trip is right and the attendant is not looking for somebody who stayed at home.
Do transport fees have to be billed separately?
No. Transport sits on the same bill and the same receipt, so a family pays once and the school’s books still split the two.
