Common questions
Can a family pay in parts?
Where the school allows it. Instalments are set per class or per family, and the dues list follows what was actually agreed rather than a flat expectation.
How does the school know an online payment really arrived?
Payments are matched against the gateway’s own settlement, so anything the bank has not settled shows as pending rather than as collected.
What about families who pay at the counter?
Cash and cheque are recorded at the counter and print the same receipt into the same ledger. Both routes leave one fee position per student, never two.
Can we see what a concession has cost the school?
Yes. Concessions and scholarships are recorded as themselves rather than as a reduced amount, so the year’s total is reportable by head, by class and by reason.
